Advice for rehire

I was a CO back in 02/03 in the region 1 area. I am in the process of returning but looking at region 6. Any of you veterans out there who want to offer some advice or lace me up on any drastic changes I might run into? Any big changes in pre-service academy as my fat ass has been gone so long I have to start all over again? LOL ;D
